Beachside Caravans specialise in letting privately owned caravans at Devon Cliffs, to help owners subsidise their running costs. If you do not wish to do any advertising or paperwork but still want to hire out your caravan we can take this work away from you. We will:

Add your caravan to our website describing your caravan with photos. We will take digital photos. There is no fee for being added to the website.

Set your price for you in line with similar graded caravans and your prices will be included in my price list pages.

○
|
Include your caravan on my Devon Cliffs park site map showing its position.
|
|
○
|
Answer all enquiries with the holiday maker, sending out details of the caravans for hire
|
|
○
|
Collect all payments and booking details
|
|
○
|
Confirm the booking with holiday maker confirming details for their arrival at Devon Cliffs.
|
|
○
|
Organise the Haven registration and entertainment passes details with Devon Cliffs.
|
|
○
|
Arrange for the caravan to be cleaned after each holiday makers departure.
|
|
○
|
Transfer payment by bank transfer to the owner less deductions (passes, cleaner, booking fee) for which there will be a full breakdown.
